How to redeem your prizes:

1. All prizes must be collected in person between Mondays to Friday – 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm at our StarRfm office, please visit our "Contact Us" page for location map and full address.

2. All prizes must be collected within 1 month from the date of notification. Kindly check the "Winners & Prizes" page to see if your name appears so that you can proceed to pickup your prize.

3. Winners will be required to produce their IC for verification purpose when collecting prizes.
